Thank you for your booking on our 2016 Conference in Manchester. This page has information about the Conference and will be updated from time to time.
The Conference Venue is the Hilton Hotel in Manchester. The address is 303 Deansgate, Manchester M3 4LQ – the hotel is situated in the lower 23 floors of the 47-storey Beetham Tower. You will find a Google map on your right.
Travel and parking
The Hilton is within about 2 minutes walk of Deansgate Station and 10 minutes taxi ride away from Manchester Piccadilly station.
The nearest parking is at NCP Manchester Gt Northern Warehouse 1 carpark nearby. You can prebook.
Delegates staying at the Hilton can use the hotel car park (there is a charge for this) but spaces are limited and are on a first come first served basis. (Exhibitors – please see below)

The special discounted rate for bedrooms for bed & breakfast is £145 single occupancy, or £155 double occupancy – both inclusive of VAT. This is available for bookings for 11th and 12th May.

Refreshments and Evening meals
A buffet lunch and refreshments in the comfort breaks are provided as part of the Conference package. If you have any special diet requirements please let us know so we can make sure the Hilton Catering dept are aware of it.
If you would like to join the organisers for dinner on the 11th, please can you complete the form here. Note that this is for a fixed price menu (choices are shown on the form) price £29, payable by you on the night. This will be an informal meal by the way, casual clothing will be fine.
The exhibitors will all be in a separate room adjacent to the conference room.
If you are an exhibitor, note that we will not have access for set up the previous day as the venue has another event. However, you will have access from 7.30 am on the 12th May.
The hotel loading bay is located on Trafford Street. If you are looking at the front of the hotel, it is the road to the right, with Deansgate Pub on the corner. It will be on your left hand side. If the shutter isn’t open with a member of staff monitoring it, there is a contact number on the door to ring for a member of staff who will open the shutter for access.
The goods lift is just through the doors to the left, this lift goes straight to the back of the Deansgate Suite (on floor one).
If you want to send items on in advance by courier, note that they should be marked for Landlord Law Conference. If you want to discuss this, or anything else regarding the arrangements at the hotel please speak to our conference contact Becky Brame on 0161 870 1647.

We have a special Facebook group for delegates attending our workshops and Conferences – somewhere you can network with other delegates, keep in touch with people you meet at our events, and also where you will find occasional special offers just for our Facebook users.
It is a closed group, but I will be sending you an invite with the email address I have for you. If you use a different email address for Facebook, or have not received an invite please let me know and tell me what email to use. Please also do this if your booking has been made by someone else on your behalf.
